Are you tired of feeling sad and anxious?

Maybe you are not as productive as you used to be, or perhaps you have found yourself withdrawing from relationships. You may be struggling to complete your day-to-day activities, or simply not getting out of bed at all. Perhaps you’re feeling like you are letting people down.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

Trauma therapy can help

It may feel impossible now, but you can feel better again. You can mend your relationships. You can reclaim the confidence that you used to have… and we can help you get there.

Trauma Therapy helps you do 4 things:

I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to trauma therapy comes from a place of hope and includes a combination of talk therapy and techniques like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which allow for deeper healing than traditional talk therapy. This will allow you to be free from the events of your past and feel joy once again.

You don’t have to live life feeling on the edge and insecure.

We can help you get there.

FAQs

A: Sessions are a combination of talk therapy and eye movement therapies like EMDR. We will talk about early relationship interactions and connect them to the present in order to help you work through patterns that no longer serve you. Using eye movement therapies, we will disconnect the emotions that are associated with past traumas from the present moment, allowing you to feel more positive about yourself and the future.

You’ve been struggling feeling the way you do long enough. While length of time in therapy will be based on your individual needs, my goal is to help you feel better as quickly as possible.
